Eurofighter Typhoon T3 ZJ806 Tag and Pin Pack
PLEASE NOTE: This listing is only for the tag and pin pack - for the pin alone, please see other listing on the main page. Domestic and international shipping is tracked, due to the small number of tags available - we would rather none got lost in the post!
Aviapin is very pleased to present three firsts - our first fighter jet, out first tag, and our first pin shaped like the aircraft from which it is made. #11, which brings the Royal Air Force's Eurofighter Typhoon front line jet to the range, is also available in very limited numbers, so act fast to avoid disappointment!
Aviapin's aircraft is Typhoon T3 ZJ806, a trainer variant of the Typhoon which is still flying today. The tags and pins in this edition have been cut from an internal cockpit panel removed during routine maintenance.
Numbers are extremely limited - only 10 tags have been made, and only 8 are available for sale. 20 pins have been made, with only 10 available separately. This edition is available in the following options:
- Tag and pin badge pack (8 available) - numbered tag from ZJ806, plus a pin badge mounted on a backing card which features an original design showing the Typhoon T3. Also includes 2 exclusive vinyl stickers.
- Pin badge pack (10 available) - Typhoon-shaped ZJ806 pin (backing card as above), and one exclusive sticker.
The Eurofighter Typhoon is the product of a long-held ambition of European nations to develop a world-beating multi-role fighter jet. This ambition resulted first in the British Aerospace EAP test aircraft and then, in 1994, in the Typhoon prototype. The Typhoon entered service with the RAF in 2003, and now serves in the air forces of Britain, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Oman, with Qatar due to receive aircraft soon.
Please note that due to the active life of the fuselage skin from which these pieces are made, there can be some variation in colour and finish. Some have scratches on the paintwork, but these are not faults; they are evidence of the active life of this aircraft.
